1. General

Looxid Labs Inc. (hereinafter 'Company') prioritizes customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the procedures and conditions for refunds, returns, and exchanges of LINK BAND products and related services (hereinafter 'Products').

2. Payment Methods

The Company offers the following payment methods:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Toss Payments refunds may take 3–7 business days; PayPal refunds may take 5–10 business days.

Free shipping is available: South Korea — orders over ₩50,000 (Korea Post), US — orders over $300 (DHL Express), Europe — orders over $320 (DHL Express), Japan/APAC — orders over $280 (DHL Express).

4. Refund & Return Conditions

4.1 Change of Mind

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of product receipt.
  • The product must be unopened with all components included (device, charging cable, user manual, etc.).
  • Round-trip shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
  • After 30 days from receipt, exchanges and refunds are not available regardless of whether the product has been opened.

4.2 Defective Products

  • If a manufacturing defect or functional issue is discovered within 30 days of receipt, a free replacement or full refund is available.
  • Shipping fees for defective product exchanges are covered by the Company.
  • Damage caused by user negligence (drop, water damage, modification, etc.) is not covered by warranty.

4.3 Shipping Errors

  • If you receive an incorrect product or missing components, please report it within 7 days for immediate corrective shipment.
  • Corrective shipping fees are covered by the Company.

5. Refund Procedure

  1. Submit Refund Request
    Email support@looxidlabs.com with your order number, reason, and relevant photos.
  2. Review & Approval
    We will respond within 2 business days. Upon approval, we will provide the return shipping address.
  3. Return Shipment
    Ship the product to the approved return address and provide the tracking number via reply email.
  4. Refund Processing
    After inspection of the returned product, the refund is processed to the original payment method.

6. SDK & License Refunds

The free version of LINK BAND SDK (Trial, Open Source) is not subject to refund. Paid licenses (Enterprise, Commercial) follow the refund terms specified in the respective license agreement.

For LINK BAND Cloud data storage plans, unused portions are refunded on a pro-rata basis.

7. Disclaimer

  • Refunds are not available for measurement variations in biometric signals. LINK BAND is a consumer wearable device and does not guarantee medical-grade accuracy.
  • Returns due to personal physical reactions (e.g., skin allergies) are not accepted after opening. Please review product specifications before purchase.
  • Customs delays, duties, and local taxes are the buyer's responsibility and do not constitute grounds for refund.
