LINK BAND SDK Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

This app (LINK BAND SDK) connects to the LINK BAND 2.0 wearable device via Bluetooth and collects the following biometric signals:

• Electroencephalogram (EEG) data — 250Hz, prefrontal (Fp1/Fp2) signals
• Photoplethysmography (PPG) / heart rate data — 50Hz
• Accelerometer (ACC) data — 30Hz

This app does not collect personally identifiable information such as name, email, phone number, or account information. No login or account registration is required.

2. Purpose of Collection

• Real-time visualization of biosignals (dashboard)
• Data recording and analysis
• Research and wellness purposes (at the user's discretion)

3. Storage and Retention

All data is stored only on the user's device (browser IndexedDB / app local storage) and is not automatically uploaded or transmitted to our servers. Users may export data as CSV, JSON, or ZIP files saved locally on their device.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share collected biosignal data with third parties.

5. Retention Period

Data is retained on the device until the user deletes it. Session data can be deleted within the app at any time.

6. Your Rights

You may view, export, or delete data stored on your device at any time.
